Well let’s just say week 1 for me did NOT go well. My partner got very ill and we had to go to the emergency out of hours doctor. So with him bed bound and me running around crazy looking after him and the house and going to work and managing a few orders from my business….. I did (almost) zero of my challenge.
I did manage to: exercise by moving furniture. Complete some of my lumosity training. Small goals but important!
However while at first I was very low by this, I am trying to brush away the “bleurgh” and moving towards NEXT WEEK with a positive, I-am-going-to-do-this feeling.
So looking towards week 2.
